As if you couldn't tell from all the photos of food on this blog, Chris and I are long-time addicts of Food Network Canada... we tune in to drool over the creations of everyone from Jamie Oliver to Rob Rainford to the warriors over at Iron Chef. Lately Chuck Hughes, the owner/chef at Montreal's Garde Manger and host of Chuck's Day Off has been a regular on our TV, and although the episode hasn't aired yet we decided to recreate one of the menus featured on his show last night. "The Beer Show" to be exact - how could you go wrong with recipes from a show with that title?
