Chris is working this morning, so when Sophie woke up (too early for my tastes) I had her crawl into bed with me for cuddles... and to buy myself more horizontal time! We were talking about what to have for breakfast and she came up with a rather thorough description of "pancakes, shaped like hearts, with little eyes and smiley faces on them". She was very serious about this description (there were hand gestures involved and everything!) so I decided to try and fulfill her request... she was absolutely delighted. My only concern: what will she ask for tomorrow morning?
